This is a great storage rental place. It has been years since I needed a storage unit. Melissa was very helpful in finding me the right unit and getting me set up. The grounds are very clean and the office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great place.

I leased a unit, sight unseen, at Valley Ranch. Victoria got me all set up and Melissa was very helpful completing my docs and providing last minute answers to questions. After having leased Public Storage Units for years and getting fed up with the extreme increases for the lease amounts, it was time I start trying to save money, rather than throw it away! Goodbye Public Storage! Unlike PS, the building interior is well lit, and guess what? Their elevators worked! Very rarely do both elevators at PS function at the same time! We look forward to securely storing or belongings their as long as needed! Thank you Valley Ranch!
