Ddaeja, 2 months agoI just wanted to get on here & express my gratitude for Scott! He was so nice start to finish. At this location they do not have Furniture Dolly’s but Scott keeps his own just in case someone asks. He was amazing and patient and the process went smoothly!
MHMegan Hulings, 8 months agoWest 18th Street Storage was fantastic to work with for our Sinclair Elementary auction weekend. We rented a U-Haul to haul all of our auction items and setup materials, and the experience was seamless. Scott, the property manager, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond—he even gave us cases of water for our volunteers while we were setting up. Customer service was truly top-notch. I’ll only use this location for future U-Haul needs and if I ever need a storage unit.
