I unexpectedly needed a storage space in the Porter / Kingwood area. My brother had suggested this place for many reasons 1. He currently is renting a unit here 2. They had available units the same day 3. Renting a unit is super easy. Janet assisted us over the phone as I was moving from Austin to Porter. She was patient and very helpful. Arlene is super friendly and the staff is very courteous but this facility raises their prices A LOT! I’ve had it for three years and they have continually raised prices! It is a very clean facility, with a/c, elevators and they provide little carts to wheel your stuff in.
