This place is normally pretty clean and well kept, but after the recent storm, they are re-doing one building and I have gotten two flat tires on both of my vehicles from giant nails and screws. Just In the past week trying to get to my unit. No one is cleaning up any of the mess while they are working nor after hours!! If I could send the bill them for my two new tires I would. Not to mention, the QR code on the gate, nor the website are correct to pay your bill online!

I have only been here 2 months. In that time, a new management company has taken over. Rates went up, and now they charge tax! (which I firmly believe is illegal, but I could be wrong). SO my total cost went up $20! The place is pretty run down. They tout that they have a new gate, but that is about it. My unit is beat up and the doors are held on by sheer will. The online ad said roll up doors, but they are swing open barn doors. Make sure you bring mouse and ant poisons as my unit showed signs of both on move in. Electricity is provided by a long extension cord from somewhere in the overhead, which probably doesn’t pass fire code. I’m looking for a better place as the only reasons I came here was price, and they ruined that.

July 2, 2025. It won’t let me respond to comments left. There is old stuff there boss. The last management company had compassion and worked with their tenants. This management company has let homeless people live in the units and still doesn’t have it under control after many months. I am the maintenance guy, I was asked to give quotes nearly 2 months ago with zero response. I even reached out to the owner personally about these maintenance requests and he pushed it off on the district manager who would reach out to me in a day or 2. That was nearly a month ago with zero response. People know me there and ask why things aren’t being fixed and I have to tell them I don’t know. New management sucks and current owner is absent. He puts all responsibility on the management and is hands off. Dead cat in the managers unit, dead tree fell on fence, broken hinges and hasps everywhere. Nobody want to do any maintenance on this place. Next hurricane will likely wipe this facility off the map. Many units flood with just a normal rain. Be sure to put your stuff on pallets here!

My Fathers RV got vandalized and had many things stolen from him, cables, plumbing, tools, and clothing. No responsibility from management, their response was “You were supposed to have insurance”. Which makes it seem like they are in on it. Several other units were also vandalized and robbed and to our knowledge, the owners have not been notified.
