Laura and the team as Bergstrom Storage are incredible! Unlike competitors, they are so committed to ensure your belongings stay safe. Between the security cameras, text alerts, multiple codes, someone living on site, police rest station, your things are safe here. We had a horrible experience at public storage where our unit was broken into TWICE and items stolen. We moved to Bergstrom Storage and for 3 full years never had an issue and slept easy at night knowing no one was stealing our belongings. Thank you so much to the team there, we are so grateful!

Very smooth! I had questions when I looked on line, and when I called they had answers and offered to get me all set up on the phone. I popped in to show ID, then a few days later I arrived with my belongings and my code oped the gate as promised! Very clean and convenient location. I have been extremely happy with Bergstrom Storage so far! The facility is very clean, secure and professional. The entire process was so easy and seamless. Jessica has been so great helping me get set up, including pro-actively reaching out to ensure I had everything I needed and getting my second unit for my car set up via email so easily. Thank you so much! (Note I only just started my rental so haven’t had the experience of being there long term yet.)

Ho ho ho merry Christmas Santa Claus is coming to town and you know who won’t be on the naughty list Jessica, Mike and Laura. What a fantastic bunch since the moment I walked in through the door Mike was greeting and wonderful. Laura had a great charisma and Jessica just as beautiful as can be they were able to help me out in a time of Crisis and made it right when I decided not to take the unit the management and the team are very very well and I think that if I ever had to get a unit, I would get it there. Great facility!! It was my first time renting a storage unit ever, and Laura did a wonderful job showing me the place and eased my anxiety. Mike thankfully reached back out and I was able to secure a unit. Speaking of security, I have my utmost trust in Bergstrom to do an excellent job in securing my precious belongings as well as some of the junk 🙂 Kae did an excellent job showing me how to use my storage unit. I have come back multiple times to fill up my unit, and it’s been incredibly convenient. All in all a wonderful experience and I’m glad I chose to go with Bergstrom. It may be at a bit of a premium, but it is well worth it for the peace of mind. Bonus that’s it’s family run! Thanks y’all!

We are very happy that we chose Bergstrom Storage after researching a number of options in Austin. Megan and Laura were very professional, friendly and helpful during our move-in day, as we were working with a large cross-country moving company/truck. One concern we had was the ability for the large moving truck to navigate the facility, and they worked with the driver to ensure no problems! Since our move, we have found the facility is very well maintained and find it convenient to work with.

What truly impressed me was Mike’s exceptional customer service. He was always available to answer my questions. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to provide the best service possible. Bergstrom Storage itself is well-lit and well-maintained. I was so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the very first one and never ended up going to the other two. The credit goes to Laura, who showed me the facility and convinced me to go with Bergstrom. Also, a shout-out to the other folks I interacted with during the process: Mike and Jessica Signup: The sign-up process is a breeze. The paperwork is easy and digital. You receive one printout showing what you are going to be charged on day one, and the rest of the contract is emailed to you. You can buy a cylindrical lock here or bring your own, with some available online or in-store Facility: The facility is very clean. They have also kept some carts near the entrance which come in handy for moving heavier items into the unit. They have both regular and climate-controlled units. available in different sizes. Price: They are extremely competitive as compared to the other nearby facilities.
